Effective: October 25, 2026

This policy explains what information OT in Context LLC ("we," "us") collects through otincontext.com and the OT in Context app (the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Your email address, display name and sign-in details. Passwords are handled by Google's Firebase Authentication; we never see or store your password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.

Subscription and payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details; we never see or store them. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your plan, its status and renewal dates, and whether you have used a trial.

Questions you ask. When you use the Context Engine or the help assistant, we store your question, the answer, and your account email and plan.

Things you create. Notes you save, feedback you send, and your preferences.

Gift information. If you buy a gift, we collect the recipient's name and email address and your gift message, and use them only to deliver and manage the gift.

Usage information. Pages you visit and features you use, sign-in times, and usage counts such as questions asked. We also record how you first found the Service (for example, the referring site or campaign).

Email activity. Whether our emails are delivered and opened, and which links you click, including the IP address and browser information recorded with a click.

Device and technical information. Your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, recorded by our hosting and map providers when you use the Service. If you turn on push notifications, we store your browser's notification subscription.
