Bryan Windle is an archaeologist and writer with the Associates for Biblical Research (ABR), where he serves as Director of Marketing and Public Relations. He is a member of the dig staff at ABR's annual excavations at Tel Shiloh and a regular presenter on ABR's television program Digging for Truth, having appeared in more than fifty episodes.
Academic Career and Education
Windle holds an M.A. in Archaeology and Biblical History from Trinity Southwest University, completed in 2025, and bachelor's degrees in Education and English from Nipissing University. He is pursuing doctoral studies.
Major Works and Contributions
Windle writes Bible Archaeology Report, a website publishing articles on archaeological discoveries related to the Bible, including a series of archaeological biographies of biblical figures. His master's thesis on recent research at Jericho is being published as Joshua's Jericho: The Latest Archaeological Evidence for the Conquest.
